What makes FNC Kyoto’s Sansho peppercorn special?
We are the first company in Japan to offer organic sansho peppercorns to the European market.

Sansho peppercorns combine a spicy kick with a citrusy aroma, as they belong to the same group as yuzu and contain limonene, which may relax you and boost your appetite.
Sansho is versatile in Japanese cuisine—used with meats, grilled fish, sashimi, sushi, tempura, hot pots, and onigiri. It can substitute for yuzu in sauces or seasonings and works well in chocolate and gelato.
Additionally, Sansho peppercorn has a history of use in Chinese medicine and is considered beneficial for health.
