Kyoto Fusajiro offers three sake kasu varieties:

Aged (Fumikomi kasu): Paste form
We source our sansho peppercorns (Asakura and Budo sansho) directly from Japan, where they undergo meticulous processing as either fresh or salted products.
Few manufacturers process and dry Asakura sansho, and ours product that complies with European standards.
